Add the Palace of Cacaxtla to your Bucket List!

This post will cover the best experience I have had in Mexico thus far – the palace of Cacaxtla (pronounced cuh-cosh-luh)!
First, we stopped by the site museum to get some background information.
Then we headed outside and toward the palace, passing smaller pyramids along the way.

Here are a couple pictures of the most famous mural in the palace! It is amazingly elaborate and remarkably well preserved.
